At CoastXCarvings, we take pride in delivering handcrafted, custom-made products with care and efficiency. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
📦 Order Processing
We do everything possible to process and ship orders within 72 hours (3 business days) of purchase. This excludes weekends, holidays, and custom orders requiring additional design time.
Please note:

Orders placed after 5 PM CST may be processed the next business day

During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended slightly

Custom or bulk orders may require additional lead time (you’ll be notified if so)
🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
🌍 Domestic & International Shipping

U.S. Shipping: Available nationwide, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses

International Shipping: Select international destinations are supported. Customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer
📬 Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. CoastXCarvings is not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers

Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
🛠️ Shipping Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
